Pam is there at your service. She's honest and open and very knowledgeable. Owner/operator who is invested in your satisfaction and not just punching a clock. Got a great deal and she even rope tie the mattress to my wife's car.

I'm writing this review for my wife because she mentioned that so many of those 'big guy' 'S' mattress stores have slick salesmen that are imposing and condescending. She felt instantly comfortable with Pam who never solicited our review! Honest review for a honest store!

The only thing I dislike more than buying a new car is buying a new mattress. But I have to say that Pam made the experience of picking out and purchasing a new mattress a breeze!! First of all she listens to what your issues are. She is very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses therefore she is able to help you choose one that suits your individual needs. This was the best mattress buying experience we have ever had. We went in to purchase a king mattress. Everything was quick and seamless. We quickly found a mattress we loved. We were impressed by their knowledge of look and feel for our bedroom set and which base set would be best. We were so impressed that we went back the next day to purchase a queen bed for our guest bedroom! The delivery was timely and quick. They use a moving service and they were polite, professional, and quick. We could not be more impressed and pleased with our experience!

The customer service is excellent!! I ordered over the phone and she was patient with me while I asked a bunch of questions (I needed 3 mattresses). I ordered the "Luxury Pillow top I" mattress for myself and am so happy I did! Feels amazing to sleep on. They delivered to my apartment in Simi Valley, and put everything together.
